Today we’d like to introduce you to Rosana Ronchesi.
Rosana, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I am Brazilian and I have a very beautiful full-service salon in São Paulo. The salon started as a small aesthetic clinic and we named it ESTHETIC COMPANY. We started with three employees and as the clients felt our differential in services, they started asking me to include salon services as well. We were located in a 1,000ft2 building and today it is almost 10,000ft2 and almost 25 employees.
My goal was always to have a wonderful customer service and that is what I got there. Then, I decided to expand it to the USA and Miami was my first thought because just like in Brazil, people are happy and opened to new things. I opened New Company Beauty Supply to be a new concept of beauty marketing. I wanted people to know that what they are buying is more than a shampoo or mask or makeup. They are bringing home all our careness and love and knowledge because when you come to our store we do know what we are talking about. When you buy through our website we care about the packaging and we always send a sample of some new product. We always try to exceed the expectations of our clients. That is our goal! And that is just the beginning. A new beginning. Always!
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
I was always a blessed person but I had to work hard to find my way. The most difficult thing is when you are making a team and have to convince people that doing their best is the best not only for work but for life. It is easier when you do believe it is true. When you find this balance everything starts to flow very smoothly.
The most important thing your business has is the client. So he or she has to feel like that. Normally in a beauty salon, the professional thinks he/she is the star! NO. The client is the star. That`s the reason why we get up and go happy to work every day. To make our best to them. Same in a store. You have to keep your heart open to receive the client warmly because sometimes a smile is all that he needs at that time. That is my struggle. Show people every day how important people are.

New Company Beauty Supply is a store where you can find most of all the best brands of shampoos, conditioners, makeup, hair colors, styling, nail polish, and so many others! Our passion is hair. So we do know a lot about hair products. We carry hair products for all types of hair. We also have a Hair Salon inside the store for dye application, highlights, hair cuts, blowdry.
I am very proud of being one of the best customer service in the market. We have so many feedbacks from our customers telling us about their great experiences!! That is what makes me shake inside and that’s what sets us apart from others.
What is “success” or “successful” for you?
Success! What an intriguing word. I think success is something that you wish but you never know how to get it if you don`t know what you are searching for in your life. I really love my work. I love to improve it. I am always improving something. Always thinking about how can I do it better and better.
So, I look for new products, new services, how can I surprise my client. How can I make people happy, how can I make people feel better,
That is what I search for in my life: goodness and compassion. That `s what success means to me.
